As per concept of the product, each eSIM is dedicated to 1 device of your choice. As soon as it is installed eSIM materialises with your device and is ready to use.

If you have multiple devices you need to purchase new eSIM at special terms and the phone number can be allocated to the new eSIM if needed, but be aware that your original esim is still fully operational and active with the original device. If you would like to transfer the number this will cancel the original esim... be aware of what decision you will make as it is not reversible.

Special terms for new eSIM (2 options):
- purchase new eSIM for $29 from Member Area (Member Deals) with your existing credit (need to have sufficient balance on your account), 
- or add $50 to the balance through Member area, and new eSIM will be issued for FREE
If you need eSIM to have the same number, please let us know and we will make the transfer.
