Where do you ship?

We send your order all over the world, whether you choose Free or expedited shipping. eSIM (https://support.secure.globalroaming.com/397407-eSIM---iPhone---Smart-Watch) does not require shipping. It is provided to you within 24hrs during business days after completing the order and passing order verification.

eSIM digital delivery timescales

eSIM QR code is delivered within 24hrs during business days after completing the order and passing order verification. Activation is instant, once QR code is delivered to you.

What if I travel soon?

If you travel soon (less than 2 weeks), we do suggest to use Express Shipping for additional charge or/and set your delivery address to your first destination. This allows you to get the order on your arrival and bypass the possible delay due to customs in your own country. We can send it to Hotel AirBnB, Friends, Family or to be pickup at the nearest local post office from where you are staying, in all case add the name of the receiver if is not you.

Tracking of shipment?

Once your order shipped using FREE DELIVERY option, it is not possible to track its location, but shipment and order follow-up is available from your Member Area. In case your order is shipped using Express delivery by courier (DHL/UPS/TNT etc) for extra charge, then tracking information will be available to you in your Member Area and by e-mail.

Free shipping delivery leadtime?

The estimated free shipping delivery time worldwide is between to 12 to 30 business days depending to where the SIM card is shipped and the custom clearance process if any.

The estimated free shipping delivery time in Europe is between to 4 to 7 business days depending to where the SIM card is shipped and the custom clearance process if any. Please be sure to forecast according to your travel plans.

eSIM requires no shipping, the QR code is provided to you within 24hrs during business days after completing the order and passing order verification.

If you need express Shipping by courier, please refer to Express shipping section or choose Express shipping option for extra charge.

Expedited / Courier Delivery lead time?

Up to 4 Business days with Premium shipping by DHL-UPS-FEDEX Worldwide courier services or other similar services depend on the destination country, multiple order can be shipped together, to require premium shipping please contact us. Please be sure to order according to your travel plans, if you are worried about delay, we suggest to ship directly to your destination in order to get it on arrival or to select the expedited courier on the order form.

Shipping to alternative address?

Yes, this is possible. If you send your order to a friend or family member, or even to your travel destination, be sure to put their name and address in the application form.
