Once your order shipped using FREE DELIVERY option, it is not possible to track its location, but shipment and order follow-up is available from your Member Area.
In case your order is shipped using Express delivery by courier (DHL/UPS/TNT etc) for extra charge, then tracking information will be available to you in your Member Area and by e-mail.
